So as some of you have heard that we will start again, yes we will start again but not with hl2rp this time we will try something little new, or we have been trying this sometime and it went working well. Phase four Ladies and Gentlemen we will go back to the wasteland and join or make a faction.
We will have the same admins and operators and same donators but we will have new map and gamemode it will be good please try it out.
All from the forum there is signed up will get granted a "New Start Bonus" The Bonus have not been Talked about yet whats in it but it will soon get realeased on this Thread.

Some of you may think "Oh noes now there comes Random kills and meta gamers and money hackers" or even "This gamemode is to unserious for me so ill go find something else" Well swear to god this gamemode can be alot more serious then Hl2rp if you understand it, just in here you will go for it to make money and make a faction, to get new gear and weapons and going out to kill another faction to control a new area.
+The Money Glitch we are taking care of that no worries.
Mabye the WAR is not so serious but in close range and social this is the most serious gamemode that kuro have devolped in long time.
We have got some new Features for the Phase four server here is the list:

- We will add a new Death system to increase the FearRP: You will now only have 3 Lives in the gamemode if you die the third time it will be perma kill of the Character. And if it gets PK'ed you can now buy back your Character.
Donators Death Rule: Well a donator will grant two extra lifes to get well with.
Custom Weapons: We will also add some Custom Weapons like Fallout Sweps, and CoD Weapons(Mabye). We will make a Todo List for the Custom Weapons and Armor.
Custom Armor: We will also add some new custom Armor for the Player to use, you will get a new Light, Medium, Heavy and Super Armor so there will be more to earn for the traders.
Vehicle: Now when we are in the Wasteland we have been thought about adding some Scrap cars you can buy, many traders and faction will have good for some transport.
Building: Well we have also been thinking about adding some building addons so you can make a base for your faction (Donation Needed for it)
Now here comes the Problems: Well it seems like we have got a server not 24/7 because it broke down, so we have a home hosted server but it seems like that you can't make a character it works fine but you can make a Character, we are trying to fix this asap so the server can get started.
Also we need some new people for the team:
Lua Coder: We need a lua coder to help us with some of the custom script we wanna add.
Developer: We need a Developer to take care of some issue fixing.
Forum Developer: We need an FD to help us make a better forum for the players.
