The Metropolice Force search and detain citizen's daily. Here is what you need to know about it.

SEARCHING: First of all, it is always a good idea to be searching somebody in the company of another unit. When you search somebody, you must tell them to face and get against the closest wall near you. Take out a zip-tie and attempt to tie them (The must be facing away from you to tie). You then search them (Press F4) and take any contraband they have and keep it in your inventory for now. Now, tell them to apply and write on their record what their crime is. Now, administer your verdict and cut their ties.

DETAINMENT:(NOTE, YOU MUST ONLY DETAIN A CITIZEN IF THEY KEEP BREAKING THE LAW, OR HAVE COMMITED A LEVEL ONE VERDICT. IF THEY ARE ISSUED A LEVEL THREE OR TWO CITATION ONCE, THEY CAN NOT BE DETAINED!)
Detainment is simple. Once you have finished with the searching protocol, take them into the detainment center. You then put them in a cell and lock it. (ALWAYS KEEP THEM TIED). Citizen's that have recieved a level three and two verdict will stay in the public holding cell; Level one verdict breakers will be placed in isolation cells. (LEVEL THREE VERDICT: 15 minutes detainment, LEVEL TWO: 30 minutes, LEVEL ONE: Released only by a ranked unit Elite protection or higher. (MUST STAY FOR ATLEAST ONE HOUR.)
